Maplin 12 volt 13 watt solar briefcase, keeping the campavan's leisure battery topped up, plus!

This solar briefcase takes longer than forever to fill-up a 140 ah leisure battery from this very cool solar briefcase from Maplin, like filling a swimming pool with a teacup. However, considering the vans alternator basically does the job (for stays upto 4 days - or longer with real economy), this charger is more than enough to keep it topped up, while running minor applications (occasional pump etc.), also giving of a good 12v outlet that only pulls on the battery with larger applications, like a netbook.
