Cupcake-themed gumpaste girl

This is my second attempt at gumpaste figures, and I think I see an improvement from my first one. The design idea was taken from Debbie Brown's 'Easy Party Cakes' book. She's all edible, except for the candle. This video contains brief descriptions of how to make the hair, the skirt and how I got the candle to stay in place. Thanks for watching!

@iknkekzk Well what you do is you take gumpaste and wrap it around a penceil then SLOWLY take it off and let it dry!

I think this came out terrific - excellent job! I'm getting into making fondant figures & cakes and am definitely using this video to help me. It reminds me of one of the Onion Head figurines, anyway - again, I love this figure you made and I'm going to refer to it when I make my figures. Thanks so much for sharing.
