Happy 50th Birthday Mama!!! (June 12th, 2008)

To our dearest friends and family,

Today, we are celebrating our Mom's 50th Birthday. This email will come as a surprise to her... =)....which is the whole point! We really wanted to let the world know just how blessed we feel to have her in our life. On top of being an amazing mother, ambitious career woman, devoted wife and generous daughter and sister, she has also become an incredible friend. Her genuine kindness, gentle heart, silly sense of humour and contagious zest for life are things that we celebrate each day that we spend with her. And though the math says she's 50, she continues to look, act and see the world as a vibrant youngin' - so very young at heart and open to all the possibilities. With her partner in crime (Sir. G), she moves forward with a refreshing positive outlook on life that is very hard to resist. =) We hope to carry that energy and gleam in our own lives.

In addition to surprising her, we also wanted to thank you - her beloved friends and family - for the role that you've played in her life, regardless of how big or small. Your stories, your listening ears, your shared moments and triumphs are blessings that have brought her joy and laughter. And so, we wanted to reach out to you so that together we can wish her a wonderful day, week, month, year, decade, century and beyond. =)
