Fallen Earth MMO Fiddler Crab joins the CHOTA

**SPOILER ALERT**

In this vid, I'm going to show my character Fiddler Crab as he arrives in Sector 2 (Northfields) and joins a faction. It's a look at the S2 CHOTA town Fracture. If you'd rather be surprised when you arrive in the Northfields, please skip this vid.

In Fallen Earth, there is currently a 45 level cap. Sector 1 is the starter towns plus some other towns that will cover the first 15 levels. Sector 2 is roughly for levels 15-30 and that is where you join one of the six factions in the game and start building your rep with them.

In this vid, Fiddler Crab has completed all the quests in the town Sunshine Corners. At the end of those quests, he is asked to go to another town for help and given the choice of which faction he would like to ask for help. He chose CHOTA (Children of the Apocalypse) and was sent to Fracture.

In Fracture, he is sent around to people who describe the various sects of the CHOTA and what they are like, and is then given a chance to join them. Once he joins them, he acquires 1000 faction (and 500 faction with allied groups Vistas and Travelers), while losing faction with the other three groups in the gang.

Just bought this game for my son,but I wanted him to be able to try out the thirty free days until Christmas BEFORE paying,is there a way I could do that?

To set up a game account, I believe you need to enter a credit card number or arrange for some other monthly payment method. However, they shouldn't charge you until after your initial 30 days are up. So you can cancel the payment plan within the first 30 days and not pay any further.

I notice you have video of all three new games (FE/Aion/CO) - which do you prefer most? Not really feeling the asian art style in Aion...

Aion is pretty. The graphics and world is very vibrant and alive. But I'm sick to death of fantasy settings. I haven't really played Aion enough to have a strong opinion. I really didn't like the community...lots of leet-speak.

CO is fun, but it's like popcorn, not a meal. It's fun ion small doses but doesn't have the deep character development that draws me to MMOs.

CO has very fun character creation, but it plays a lot like CoH/CoV and I'm sorta done with CoH/V.

CO is even worse because they specifically try to make everyone feel "super" straight out of the tutorial. You even get your travel power almost immediately. So there isn't a strong feeling of character progression.

Bottom line is that FE is NOT fantasy, has really interesting crafting, has goal-based PvP that make a carebear like me even want to PvP a little, FPS-light combat system (which I thought I would hate, but like now that I'm getting used to it), and I just love the post-apocalyptic setting.

I'll be joining Vistas, really as a crafter/rifle-user jumping in with the Vistas and being friendly with both CHOTA and Lightbearers just seems pretty stellar to me.

can you help me? i bought this game off of steam i downloaded it my pc has the right stuff for the game and i started it and it says "windows has encountered an error. we will send you an email once we figure it out" and i never get an email and it usually never happens with my steam games but it only happens with games not downloaded off of steam. help please?
