my mouth is watering. lol

@suneurth If you've seen his podcasts he almost always strains over fresh. Usually if he doesn't there is a reason that he explains, and only a few drinks that come to mind, like his Caipirinha and this Mai Tai.

Well he's right about fresh juice......you won't even taste the alcohol in the drink-good way to get hammered! (Or popped for D.U.I.-some bars are known as D.U.I. hotspots)

Ah right, my bad then, I didn't realise you were referring to freshly made lemonade! Sounds good!
-
In our bar the S&S mix is basically fresh lemonade with a tiny amount of orange juice added. For example, when I make a margarita at home I use fresh lemonade and a squeeze of lime and orange (or orange juice if I dont have oranges). Variations are infinite, but the basics are fresh sugar, water, lemon juice=lemonade. You can make this from scratch or you can go to the store and use refrigerated (fresh) lemonade. I am of course NOT referring to the crappy S&S mix in a warm jar in the bar isle.

mrkemrk < dude, there is many ways of doing drinks. Expences and sortiment of your bar is also a factor..
This version is great and easy! The hardest thing here would be doing the orange juice, imo.
But great job Anthony!
