australia: whale watching

every year the humpback whales travel from the antarctica up the australian eastcoast into the pacific ocean.
on their long and exhausting journey they have a rest in hervey bay near fraser island.
the courious whales approach the boat and peep out of the water in a 'spying position' as their eyesight is not the best.
