Today September the second...my current weight is 163.68 lbs.. that is 74.5 kgs .... I am still drinking the Herbalife's Milkshakes, twice a day and I reduced the protein intake... I have not eaten chocolate bars with high protein... I think first I need to lose weigh and then gain muscle... anyways, during these 9 days I am doing a Variation with herbalife(recommended by my sponsor)...to lose 4-5 kgs (10 lbs)...1st day just shakes, 2nd day shakes and salad&chicken, 3rd day, just shakes and some chocolate bar with protein... Always durnig these 9 days drink 3-4 lts of water, Aloe Vera concentrate and TEA....and like that during 9 days..let's see if this variation works... C u in my next video... to give u the new results.

  • :)Yes,I was drinking twice a day the milkshakes and when I was very hungry I used to drink 3 shakes instead of 2.After October 2008,I haven't followed point by point the Herbalife program. My eating habits changed a little bit 'cuz I have been away many many weeks and I haven't taken correctly the program.Next week I wanna try this again.Currently,I am trying to retake my healthy eating habits but not at all X). 'Cuz of the Holiday Seasons I gained 8 pounds :( my weigh is 166 lbs.:S

  • Thanks... I am a little bit afraid... I will travel for 1 month..and I do not knoew if I am gonna be able to take all my supplements and behave myself in my eating... ups! Today I am in 162.5 lbs...let's see in one month....
