I have an i7 920 @ 3.40Ghz and I also have a 4890.. but I cant even run this game at 20FPS. Can you help me out?

FSX is highly dependent on CPU speed - So getting that i7 to 4.0ghz would yield you some positive results.

And do you have SP1 and SP2 installed for FSX?

Yes sir I do. I just dont understand. I used to have my i7 @ 4Ghz and it made no difference.

fsgenesis is mesh, as in it improves hills/mountains etc. GEX replaces default textures. I would get GEX first. amazing.

how do these specs sound for fsx
intel core 2 duo 2.9 GHZ
1000 GB OF HARDRIVE
4 GIGS
ATI 4350 512 MBTHANKS

4Gb of what? ddr2 ddr3?

You could overclock that duo to at least 3.5 - and be able to run fsx somewhat decent, the card would hold you back.

This is with fraps recording remember, it eats up like 5fps
