This is a video from June 25th, 2007. It shows my stair-climbing session. At first, I had to climb up the stairs sideways, so that I could support more of my weight with my arms. My legs are strong enough now to bear and lift some more of my weight. This allows me to go straight up the stairs. Since my last stair climbing, I've been able to stand using the arms of my wheelchair and the handrail of the stair.
As always, any healthcare professional or student who sees a benefit, may use this video as they see fit.
Nicely done I have seen a couple of your videos. I enjoyed watching you progress. Its been a few years since the video, any recent ones?
