You are the silly one in here, torrent service IS legal if people use it in a illegal way doesn't mean they are advertising something illegal.
Is highly illegal to use guns to kill people, but gun shops aren't selling an illegal product.

why the fuck I can't log in to my account. I uploaded a torrent to torentreactor and your fuking vector scan takes me ours to check my torrent. So I create an account to your website even recived mail and when I try to log in error. I think I will remain to my private trakers like torentleach and revolution, becouse vector suks.

Oh, if only it were that simple. Without a blocklist and encryption, one opens themself up to fun copyright letters for downloading an episode of a TV show on free broadcast TV or blocking/throttling by their ISP. Torrenting is easy, yes. Torrenting safely: Not so elementary.

You are wrong for the second part of your statement. The use of torrent files & torrent clients is 100% legal. There are millions of files shared this way. I'm talking about free software, videos distributed free, open source projects... you name it.
It becomes illegal ONLY when you share copyrighted materials. ;)
