I agree. This album was very important to me as a teenager growing up. It opened so much hope in how it seemed to celebrate all the estrangement I felt as a creative youngster. Wow.

True Honeymoon in Red was to be the name of the band. However, Nick Cave and Mick Hervey(sp) had already had a falling out with Lunch and disowned the project. I'd say that gave Lunch the right to release it as she song most of the songs and did remix with some Sonic Youth members.

it's unfair. she released the album under her name. thats wrong. honeymoon in red is the name of the band not the album. i heard they recorded 11 song back in 82

KILLER!!! Lydia Lunch meets the Birthday Party!I love this record and nearly all of their stuff. This is the real thing! Come Fall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
