Thanks for sharing! It is one of the better Cop Rock songs, but to give credit where credit is do, Randy Newman didn't compose it (though I can see why one might think he did). He only worked on the pilot and theme. Singer Amanda McBroom and Donald Markowitz penned this (the registered title, appropriately, is "Ruskin's Blues.") Speaking of credit, I noticed for this episode they omitted credits for the unnamed background singers/dancers (including everyone in this scene).
