They made the movie when they were still writing the book so they did it from an entertainment perspective. The book ended up being better, but the movie was still amazing.

did not like this movie at all. it felt like a chic flick & i thought there would be more action than what they had. there were a few people that walked out of the theater i saw it in. they should have called it i am number 6 because the girl was more interesting.
