Mesonyktion in Greek means midnight....In modern greek its mesanykta, from meso = middle and nykta = night.....

@Callixtinus Wouldn't that be "mesonycticOU" or "mesonycticonIS", depending on what language you use? :D Otherwise it's just "midnight".

@Callixtinus monks of Solesmes made good job, without it further research on gregorian chant would be impossible. Of course now we can compare neums in Graduale Triplex with the vatican edition and we understand much more but as I say it would be impossible without their efforts. So we can say Ensemble Organum is also in a way legate of Solesmes :)
I am not sure "mesonycticon" is Midnight Mass. May be in the present-day Roman rite.
