Keep you butt down don't round out you back. Engage your thigh and shot through you hip for powering up and always keep you back and should tight by rolling shouldere back and pull hard as you go up and use the trap to pull weight on to shoulder into front squat position but over all you are doing good, go back down on weight to practice form and you will be in great form and
Watch a lot more videos I recommend richie patterson his form is flawless cleans are by far the hardest lift to master other then snatch throw 135 on the bar and start over trying to imitate someone who knows what they are doing also look up triple extension a clean is a violent movement from the mid thigh region not the floor I would also try to learn hang cleans first it transfers better
the power should come from straightening of the body. Really just lift the bar up to above the knee like a deadlift but more quickly. Then you just straighten the body as fast as possible. Hips come forward, shoulders( really the traps) pull up, and the bar should just ride along your stomach. The bar should really never leave contact with our body. Also, it is an explosive lift, so it should be done quicky. And make sure to end in an athetic stance and get your elbows up.
USE UR MOTHERF#$#%%# LEG'S/ FEET FOOTWORK IS KEY, ur wiping it around nice... but ur way to stiff, this mean you could be doing way way more, cuz it was so easy that you didnt have to wip it around....
he is not doing a reverse bicep curl. that is staight up along the belly. maybe his belly gets in the way to make it go out more but that is pretty much along his body.
dont lean back

proper size plates would help a lot with starting position.
fix starting position, during the pull hit with thighs and pull with traps at the same time. good luck!
best results with proper oly lifting coach of course!

It should start as a deadlift. Your back needs to be flat not rounded. And the explosion comes from the hips around the knee not from the floor.
