I had a similar problem with the turret level once. The turrets were fine and then when I knocked one over it would go flying through a wall. This happened with the cubes and such.

OKAY, so,
The begining quote plays twice (the very first one did), Physics are oppisite, Solid objects pass thorugh the floor to the other side of the level or to nowhere at all, Turrets falling to nowhere, Portals trigger the vent or the vent triggers from nothing...
Some serious cheats have screwed you up or,

Did you figure out a fix? I can't get past this stage because of the same issues...

It only fixed itself when I finally restarted the test chamber from scratch. Obnoxious.
