I see what i can do to help....Uh make sure that the files are avi,mpg,wmv,asf, or dvr-ms

When you get in intervideo go to edit and once you click it there is a movie film thing (the icon) it will say "double-click to import media files" on the blue...and that's it. ^^ hope that help sweetie.
