  • Do japanese people think gaijins look like retards in japanese colthing, eg. kimono? Or does it depend on something?

I'm worried because I'm travelling to Japan next winter and I don't want to come off as ridiculous if I dress up in something similar for new years..?

  • @99Crystals

If everyone you are with wears them at new year it would be OK for you to also..

    if they don't - don't.

It is the group thing ^_^

  • wow what one do u know if there is a way to buy them without going to japan?

  • @LoveAllAnime1

  • @xoxellevexox I imagine they're so expensive because theyre 100% silk. I bought a really nice one online that didnt cost me anywhere near as much as those

  • Are all kimono very expensive?

  • On your other vids I saw that clothes in Japan are really expensive. How come it is like that? Isn't there a deflation? Normally everything should be cheaper. =/

Keep more vids coming, I'm already an addict. ^_^

  • 3k? woooah. are they always that expensive?

  • @99Crystals Only those on your country will look at you like a retarded,

  • @99Crystals Quite the opposite. I went to the Kyoto textile centre where you can pay £10 to have a kimono propaly fittedand loaned for a couple hours. Iwent on the fasion stage so my boyfriend could take a video of me, and the japanese there thought it was a real fasion show and were fascinated that a gaijin girl was in kimono! They all got out the cameras and camcorders! It was hilarious. I was only meant to go up for five minutes. I was up there for ages. It was so sweet!
