Oh ok I wish I could start my own herd but the guy we rent from wont let me have very many. I have one polled hereford heifer I am plaining on breeding once a year. She is my show cow.

No wonder these beasts are weary and confused. They never get to see a dead fellow bull since they all end their lives in a slaughterhouse ;-((

What do you do with all those bulls? Are they charolais?

These bulls are for meatproduction, Charolais, 3 bulls are kept for natural insemination...they walk a part of the year by the cows so in the winter there are kalfs...only 3 months a year the cows are in the stable, for the rest of the year they are in the fields and giving milk to the young cows.
