  • Hi hi! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy got really defined Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

  • i think getting a six pack is easier for people who have a done alot of sport when they were young rather than someon ewho sat indoors playing halo and cs lol im going to do an intence work out for a month and im going to document it anyone got any tips?

  • @catnose136 lol actually everyone can get a six pack , some take more work then others , usually the ones that will have nicer looking abs take longer because there stomach is shaped to not be flat as opposed to flat by not flat i mean it comes out.... but because it isnt flat it is more appealing with a nice set of abs.
