Lymphedema update

I've had lympha press treatment and my legs aren't horribly swollen and painfull anymore. Had a bad leg cramp before the treatment and ended up in the hospital for three weeks cause the dr's found bloodclots in my lungs. not very good. My legs have swollen a little since the treatment so I decided there was no piont to show my legs. I'm wearing compression stockings now to try to keep the swelling down.

Are you trying to be a certin type of person by saying these things to her? I know someone very close to me that has this disease- its not something to make fun of... I pray you get back everything you are dishing out.

Yes, it does suck. But I won't let some disease stop me from being who I want to be, or doing what I want to do. I'd rather seek treatment like I have done instead of just getting my legs amputated. Why take drastic measures when there are other possibilities?
