AppleTV 2 - XBMC Data Backup - Restore

Alot of you guys are always sending tweets and emails and also messages under video comments requesting if there is a way to backup your Data base for XBMC

here is the video things you need to process this video

1. Jailbroken AppleTV 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1N-8vwfpy8
2. NitoTV or aTV Flash (Black) already installed
3. XBMC installed
4. Download FileZilla from (http://filezilla-project.org/)
5. Follow the guideline what to process

Guys how do u get ur add ons I'm new to this

Mate how come add ons doesn't show any more if u install repositories. It's always blank in the Get Add-ons, even thou the repo is there. Never happen to me before. Do you think the new beta 2 is still not compatible? Please help mate!

just tried this and works well, but got 47 files that not transfer. great thing was all my presets staid like i left them. BUT when i tried to reinstall an add-on it says "error add-on not installed" is this normal??? gives me an error everytime i want to reinstall any add on
