Sorry if this has already been asked, but, which program did you use? I've been looking for a decent mixing or sound program for a while but haven.t found anything. Thanks:)

@endosocks I use Sonar 8.5. I gotta be honest though, any decent recording software will do as long as you know how to use it. If you don't want to spend money, then try out Reaper...I'm pretty sure I heard the trial version is fully functional and doesn't expire. Most other programs will run you about $300-$500, but they are worth the money. If you're running Windows then look up Sonar, Cubase, Reason, Acid, or Studio One. For Mac I would go with Logic. Any one of those should be fine.

@TangDynasty83 The drums aren't removed. The original composition doesn't have heavy drums to begin with, just some percussion. I layered my loop on top of the track. If you listen closely you can still hear some of the percussion from the original.
