As part of our Lower Body day finisher, our clients engaged in 2 rounds of a circuit: Weighted Sled Pull (360 lbs, plus more if we had an athlete sitting on the sled), 20lb Med Ball Slams, and a perimeter Farmer's Walk using the Tyler Grips (roughly 45 seconds to complete). As you can see, we try to vary the finishers to keep them fun, competetive, and different for the athletes so that they continue to stay mentally fresh, while physically pushing themselves to reach their goals.
