2010 Half Full Triathlon pre-race - kayak view - Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults

A kayak volunteer's view of the 2010 Half-Full Triathlon; part 1; before the race begins. This event was held at Centennial Park, Columbia /Ellicott City, Maryland on October 3, 2010. This 70 mile event benefits the "Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults".
Swim 0.9 mile, Bike 56 miles, Run 13.1 miles. The 70 mile length was chosen to represent the 70,000 young adults diagnosed with cancer each year. The event website is: www.halffulltri.org . Part 2 is the swim itself. Only one furry swimmer in this part.
