well thats one way to do it.but u should have gone to one of those towers where u killed the snipers, assasinate tatarin then jump into the water, go to the boat and presto: MISSION COMPLETE

(it IS supposed to be a solo stealth mission)

first: You don't know why you have a sniper --> there are 2 high containers near Tatarin right --> climb there, kill the snipers then shoot Tatarin!

first: Jump out to the sea, he can swim, I'm sure!

i always use a grenade to kill tatarin:)

and i threw it in balcony:)))

@Naroon201 all I did was spam grenades into his office and presto he's dead as road kill

@WilbertDied Oh ya and for those of you who beat the game and unlocked the bonus liberty island level you can climb up the wall at one point and go around the whole map, eventually you run into invisible walls or fall off the edge of the map, lot of uber if i remember correctly.

This is the noob way to kill tatarin. you can enter and ghost his building. I'm not gonna reinstall and upload nothing but heres what you should do, use invisiblity cheat, go to the front of his building look to the right, you'll see a fenced in area 8:44 with an under ground entrance. go around towards the start, find the big wall blocking you from it, youll see a window on ur left, climb it and hold forward, then jump onto the wall, took me about 50 tries.
