Pacman is too fast, too strong. Mayweather will def give him a run for his money, but i reckon Pacquiao is the p4p champion. He has devastating power in both hands. Speed + accuracy + power will give Pacquiao the edge. Mayweather is fast & accurate but he can't match the pacman for power. Pacman all the way!

I completely disagree. First off, "pound for pound" is nothing more than hypothetical nonsense. It's only a concept, it has no real merit. It's just a way to gauge a fighter's skillset and compare them to others in other weightclasses. It's not real "proof" of anything. Secondly, I don't think Pacquiao's speed or accuracy is anywhere near the level of Mayweather's. The Marquez fights prove that. Best of luck to Manny, though ; I'd rather see him win than Floyd. But I doubt it.

they are both different fighters.. mayweather is a defender and pacquiao attacks but they would make a very good fight if they go to final round mayweather will win because hes the chmpion of the world....mayweather protects him self very good and pacquiao dosent

After seeing Mayweather/Marquez last night I'm even more confident (and I was quite confident to begin with) that Mayweather destroys Pacquiao. The added weight definitely effected Marquez's hand and foot speed ; he basically looked like a zombie compared to Floyd. But what Marquez does so much better than Manny is defend himself well, and even then Floyd was still able to pick him apart. Against Mayweather I'm not even sure Manny makes it to the 12th due to lack of defense.

4 pounds? You think Floyd only had 4lbs on Marquez? He made Marquez jump up from 135 to 144 for this fight. That right there is 9lbs already. Ontop of it, Floyd never even made the weight of 144, and weighed in at 146 the day before the fight. 2 more pounds right there. Ontop of that he refused to let HBO weigh him the night of the fight for the "unofficial" fight night weight.

He most likely didn't weigh in again on "fight night" due to the fact that he had hydrated at least another 5lbs overnight. (All fighters hydrate and gain weight after the weigh in.) And there was already a growing controversy and a number of people laying into him for being unprofessional for not making the weight, and how he didn't need yet another advantage in his favor. If he would've weighed in on fight night it would've thrown fuel on that fire. He looked 155 to me, at least.

He is a person that just loves money... You know that his official name is not Floyd Mayweather but Floyd Sinclair or something. He changed his name to Mayweather to drag on the family's last name and get help to be successful...

One more thing.... I want him to fight Marquez. Even if he beat Marquez it'll waste him just a bit, and then Pacquiao will destroy him...

All im saying is i find it more impressive for a defensive fighter, who mainly tries to beat you by points, to knock people out. It makes for a different arguement of what he could do if he was maybe a swarm puncher or something. I feel the other way around is less impressive, its like saying your more impressed when george foreman knocks someone than when ali does, georges style goes for the knock out in every fight, to see someone whos intention isnt for a knock out thats when it impresses me.

As Mayweather always points out, there is no gameplan to beat him, there are 3 ways to beat Pacquiao, Pacquiao would need something fresh if he's to beat Mayweather, but I just can't see it, Mayweather wins IMO

Many people are looking at Pacquiao's past opponents and judging based on that. They don't see that Floyd is an entirely different kind of fighter. You can compare Pacquiao's opponents to the options menu of HALO. Floyd would be LEGENDARY, because in him, Pacquiao will face an opponent that has never known defeat.
