i think its the baldevia house..im not really about the name but its now known as baldevia..I'm proud to be living in this City..
The houses really needs repainting and much more but the government is not that supportive. It's not even giving any budget for the maintenance of the houses..

very interesting video about silays history i would like to make one point that is the ancestral buildings some of them need painting and restoring why dont the owners redecorate these lovely old buildings i think as mayor you should insist this work be carried out!
