"And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."

Sense of humor is so lightening in this vid conversation. Perhaps the point is discovery of 'shedding' the need to hold onto things or concepts. It is delightful to realize you shed one more need to hold on.. But I know I can't understand much of anything with my 'reasoning' shouldish mind. Relief comes from 'not needing'.
Don't worry folks, the challenges keep a'comin, and how.
A dying man asked (true story) "Am I still John?". A touching and tender moment.

@Carex09 I don't think he is saying that mental retardation would be a relief :P I think he means not to identify yourself with all prejudice, ideas and thoughts as absolute. Just observe all the coming and going.

There is at least one parallel in the physical world to every mental one. If you wonder what life would be like without all of the things you have acquired mentally, just think of what your life would be like without having anything physically. You would constantly be dependent on others for your daily existence and living hand to mouth.

What remains when all of our connections- preconceived ideas, prejudices are gone is easy. Study someone with severe down syndrome or with Alzheimer's. That is what is left. "How am I without with?" Well, I'd imagine sometimes it would be a salvation (in times of trouble), but most of the time it would be just an extraordinarily severe handicap.

I agree that no one chooses adversity. It is chosen for them (by God). Then we get to tell ourselves it was all for some good. Like the embargo and sanctions on Cuba- forced Cuba to grow some really great locally produced organic heirloom vegetables. I'm just somehow thinking that the Jewish Holocaust wasn't worth it if Jews spend the next 60 years systematically excluding others that aren't like them. What the hell did we learn there?

I think we choose adversity ... this is why there is 80% of the population in poverty in the world ... the flesh wants everything easy but as he says there is little growth in that because of how our mind is condition to work ... our souls or our spirits are who make the choice to manifest here in a situation that will allow us the most growth possible ... growth to the soul is a pleasure no suffering can destroy... the paradox is: we are conditioned/encouraged to fear change and thus growth imo

Thank you for posting this. I would suggest playing the music a few beats after Mooji has made his final comment, When the silence between words is filled up with something intentionally intrusive, the energy or power is diminished from what is being said.

This video is a small example of the One's sharing through Mooji and his delightful, compelling and loving way of sharing. There has been so much realized through what Mooji clearly delivers that the joy of awakening keeps growing and expanding.

'Why are you unhappy?
Because 99.9 per cent
Of everything you think,
And of everything you do,
Is for yourself -
And there isn't one.'
