Shame that DM is such a bad public speaker. A good presentation could have been done with a lot more confidence and charisma. He doesn't seem to be completely comfaortable with the text.
Also bad show that DM is still wearing the old Aer Lingus ID lanyard. All frontline employees are now required to have the new green one.
At least he acknowledges that the longhaul product is not good.
