Iran Elections 2009 Aftermath

These are pictures taken by the Iranian people who are trying to send messages. After the results of the elections, current president Mahoud Ahmadinejad has "won" the majority of votes, despite predictions that his rival, Mir-Hossein Mousavi would gain a landslide victory. However, reformists object this claim and said that the election was rigged and fixed.

As of today, there are massive street rallies going on in Terhran. What some of you viewers don't know is that there had been protests, even riots in some parts of the country. Reformists are clashing with supporters of Ahmadinejad and riot officers. Western news media like CNN, BBC, ABC, MSNBC, and Fox news rarely capture some glimpse of the chaos. Some media also fabricated and already provide vague information of the crisis, such as how many are protesting (i.e. they report 2,000 reformers, which is false).

To all Iranians around the world, I am truly sorry what is happening in the country, about the shah, the ayatollahs, the 8 years of bush, the support of Israel, and everything that wrong you.

After watching many videos, images, and reading articles, I decided to side with the reformist. What the Supreme leader is doing to his own people is horrible. Using Basijis to attack and kill young protestors, cancel diplomatic relations with countries, limiting the media coverage, these actions have fatally put a wound to Theocracy in Iran. The Protestors must continue their fight and defy the regime. Put the republic back into the Islamic Republic.

God help them.

I was apologizing for past mistake during the cold war, meaning the U.S. interfering with Iran's affairs. If we haven't supported the Shah, Iran wouldn't have the Ayatollah and the regime. burning: 85% voter turnout shows people faith in the system. Here are election facts: 39.2 million voted. 47,000 polling stations. An average of 860 votes per station. Takes only 3 hours to count! Each ballot box had 14 people testify they were sealed and empty before polls open. Mousavi had 47,000 observers (the most) sign off on each ballot box after votes were counted. BOTTOM LINE: Mousavi could only find 320 "irregularities" out of 47,000 polling station. Less than 1%! Ahmadinejad won fairly
