@danyclarke1 No. He didn't. Kakashi's chidori is a result of trying to mix rasengan with lightning chakra. He failed and chidori is not actually a rasengan. And hopefully you at least know Kakashi had chidori WAY before Naruto even knew what the rasengan was.

@SmellyDude689 Minato the 4th made the rasengan. Jiraiya learned it. Kakashi did too. Minato dies. Jiraiya teaches Naruto. Jiraiya dies. Naruto teaches Konohamaru. Kakashi, Naruto, and Konohamaru are only living users of it. And Kakashi never even uses it. So I must ask you. What the fuck were you thinking when you posted that comment?

@11111PETE11111 Your comment is super old, but Naruto could've won if he didn't hold back at the end, it says in manga Naruto was afraid of killing Sasuke so he held back. So Sasuke kind of won but not really.
