Our president says "Um" or "Uhhhhh" so many times in interviews that it is distracting!

I think charisma is an interview skill to have as well.

english is not my 1st language so when i am in an interview, i kinda use fillers ..well, thank you brian for the tip..

good advice I um and err too much in interviews so I think its sometimes better to be silent for a second while you think like you said. The probelm I find is that in an interview they can ask you one of a thousand questions if i had a pound for every interview i had i would be very rich
