Muchas felicidades, ya era hora de que no se excluya a las personas con sobrepeso u obesas, que no se animan a concurrir a las clases por miedo a pasar vergüenza o compararse con las otras alumnas.
Yoga no es acrobacia, es un estado interior, es calidad de vida, es amar nuestro cuerpo y lograr el mejor estado físico mental y espiritual con los recursos que contamos, cada persona a su ritmo.

Thank you so much for your comment. You are absolutely right about the DVD being suitable for men. We (my students and I) talked a lot about how to include men in the title and then decided to go with "large women" since that's what I actually say on camera. But thanks to you, I will now add something to the description that indicates that the DVD can be used just as well by men ;-)
