haha. i know what you meen. i had a friend like that to. swore by the ls head. he new the gsr head was waay better but just wanted to prove the ls could make power. then he put a gsr head on and his car is making just over 600 lol.

Man the majority of these fools are sporting OEM axle and autozone units. Atfer 500whp then I would suggest to the some DSS units.

Gsr head will just bump the compression, it being a boosted car it does not need anymore compression but maybe a b16 head, it does not bump the compression but has better air flow then the gsr.
