A recent show by Popeye from federaljack.com has inspired me to start making a plan of action to get the life I want and get out of the rat race!

Here is a link to the show: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Vip5hUMWMQ

I never thought of owner financing, I love it because it is mutually beneficial, private contract and leaves the corrupt banks out of the loop!

I'm willing to rough it off grid if I have too, I'm sick of living life for the benefit of the elite dirt bags, I am going to start living life for me and my own family, friends and loved ones!

  • Hey rooftopeagle! We've already broken free of the gravitational pull created by city living and the Chicago machine. If ya' want to know why, check out our "why we left chicago" vids. Run my friend, run as fast as you can away from city life! Good luck!

  • Were getting out of Dodge too.. I don't feel free anymore.. Grew up in the country, time to go back.. Bought some land, and going to pull an RV out there and start building my homestead. You can do it too man.

  • Go for it! It will be hard work and addictive. We call it Rent to Own down here in Missouri. Here you have to have a good legal contract, do a title search like a normal purchase and you have to have a deed with the owner as the financier. That way the person you are renting from cannot use the property for collateral after you have made the agreement and then you take the chance of loosing it. I am not an attorney, I am a Preacher, but I think you should go for it. Sounds great.

  • Things are what you make them.
