Good material. I am going to focus more on being exceptionally good to customers :-) Brian does a great job of explaining, and I also like the woman at the beginning and end. I wonder about the Negative Nelly commenter below. Seems like he/she is just looking for something to pick on. Her smile is not fake. And she is a woman, not a girl. Have some respect.

Why is his first statement both wrong and right?
"He Says who sets your prices" "We do"
Actually that right. We set our prices. BUT the market will either accept or refuse that price. Which ultimately leads to the bargaining powers of the customer, Discussed by Michael e. Porter.
