Generally when a horse demands scratching around the tail area, or scratches itself against a fence, tree, or person, it can indicate the need to be wormed or may have a skin allergy/ condition, or of course, just likes being scratched. This horse looks too overweight to have worms. Go figure. Beautiful animal!
