Just watched this movie, and I have to say I enjoyed it. Sure, it was a little campy and obviously low budget. However, it was pretty damn entertaining. I'd definitely recommend it for any fan of the Cthulu Mythos who can take a joke, unlike some of the comment-ers here.

You guys should seriously lighten up. It's just a parody of Lovecraft lore. It's not meant in any way to diss the source material. I'm pretty sure the maker of this film is a fan himself, but on a low budget it was much easier to make something campy.

This film is more of a homage to HP Lovecraft. Similar in many ways to films like Army of Darkness. It's not to be taken seriously and is entertaining.

@retles2 God no! This is nothing like Shaun of the Dead! The humour might be alike but the story is completely different, not to mention that Shaun of the Dead is a Zombie Film where as this is based of the Author HP Lovecraft and the Cthulhu Mythos.
