would other photoshop program b able 2 produce big eyes???if yes den how???

just draw a circle around it with the area-choosing tool. then right click next to it and choose free transform. then you should be able to rotate the chosen area or make it bigger/smaller

by using we can make big eyes from small, but how can we make big eyes to small. pls tell

you can also make eyes smaller that way. but you will have to fill some space with the repair stamp

like you still can

see the orginal eye behind

the bigger one -_-
