NIST forwarded an opinion without examining the totality of evidence. NIST made the assumption that the structure failed due to fire and then went about creating a structural model to justify their assumption. The material evidence, ignored by NIST, suggests demolition. The destruction of material evidence suggests conspiracy.

"Shortly before the building collapsed, several NYPD officers and Con-Edison workers told me that Larry Silverstein, the property developer of One World Financial Center was on the phone with his insurance carrier to see if they would authorize the controlled demolition of the building [.] Many law enforcement personnel, firefighters and other journalists were aware of this () option."

What's in a criminal's mind is a speculation.

The demolition of WTC7 is a documented fact. One of the very few uncontroversial (or not seriously contested) clear pieces of 911 evidence.

Let's establish what happened, before we start speculating who and why did it.
