Explosion Footage As US Army Corps Of Engineers Blow First Levee In Birds Point

Army Corps of Engineers officials have just announced that they have blown the first levee in Birds Point Missouri along the New Madrid Seismic Zone. Reports are coming in from residents in the area who felt the blast. Let's hope this wasn't a horrible idea.

Evacuated? they gave my friend int he spillway maybe 6 hours advance, her family lost almost everything except for smaller things they could pull from their home, another friend was lucky enough to see what was coming, and got everything out, but still, they lost their homes, cairo's levee was already failing, while the spillway levee was holding strong. There was another Flood Project at the NM end that was stopped to save some random frog, who cares, that project was needed!

@JMEnterprisesinc1 they didn't do shit for the USA when they blew the levee, destroyed 130,000 Acres of Farmland and 250 Homes, They didn't even give the people in the spillway more than 6 hours warning. And the people in Cairo, they're just saving cairo cause it's full of poor black people and the Spillway is full of land owned by Upper-Middle class White Farmers that help the Economy. What nonsense.
Save a ghost town of 2500 in Cairo, mostly poor blacks who they dont care about, or endanger Memphis, New Orleans, most of LA and Mississippi, and rich fertile farmland in SE Missouri.
