no tabs, sorry, but chords with capo on 5 are G, G7, C, Cm ... the G7 is 323001 and during the C it's X32010 --> X30010 and back to normal.

i will refer to the strings E through e as 1 through 6.

G chord: strum 1, G chord, then 2, G chord

G7: 1 2 3 4 5+6, G7 chord

C: C chord, chord tabbed as X30010, C chord

Cm [tabbed as 335543] : 2 3 4 5 4 6 5 4 3

and the second time through the four chords are played normally.
