i have owned 1 since new a 1996-impala ss- top speed is 155 with the tach hovering around 4 thousand rpms

I own one and they are extremely fast. The one in the chase is probably stock... imagine it being modified. lol

THE POLICE CARS ARE SPEED LIMITED TO 130 MPH, due to the fact they have 3:55 gears in the rear end..
The Impala can do 140 ish so , no the vic cant catch up.
