The Schaghticoke Tribal Nation held a protest and rally at the state capitol from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 29, the fifth anniversary of its reversed federal acknowledgement, to protest the state's refusal to intervene on its behalf to stop the destruction of land on the reservation.
