  • "Trinity Law School" isn't accredited by either the ABA or the AALS. It's one of a plethora of unaccredited law schools in the state of California- the graduates of which can only sit for the bar exam IN California.

The pass rate for grads of "Trinity Law School" taking the California bar exam for the first time ? Less than 28%.

  • And?

  • What a great message. I looked around for a while and couldn't find David Well's lecture. I don't suppose it's available?

  • It might be soon. :)

  • Of all that was stated the last minute was the most powerful...sure hope we get it right.

  • @BenAliGtor

Percentage of Lawyers who retest and pass the bar on the first try after having already past in a previous year: 53%

  • We were not based on changeable morals, but the unchangeable, unalienable Truths of the Bible. We had the liberty to do what God said was correct and normal. Normal behavior is now a rarity in the United States. Thou shalt not kill, who would outlaw outright abortion?Who would stop with force the killing of another person? The strong defending the weak is normal in the Bible. Who thinks it right to steal? The government steals in order to promote charity-forced charity is not charity. Think!

  • sTTTanford sucks! go trinity!

  • Very fine. While I am no apologist for former President Bush, I wonder how Mr. Guinness would evaluate the first six months of President Obama's administration. In Guinness' view, has President Obama delivered on his promise to unite America or is there now an even wider divide? Are Americans experiencing a lessening of restrictions on individual freedoms or are we seeing a further tightening of controls?

Has Mr. Guinness made any comments regarding the Obama administration and its policies?

  • What are the pass rates at other schools?
