@tripz8485 Lewis II, Limited Edition 2004 (if you can find it)
This guys back catalogue is quite hard to find as he quit the business years ago and removed any likeness of himself from networks such as social media, youTube et al.
But his arrangemts, vocal register and the fact that he is a talented multi-instrumentalist endorsed publicly by Elton John and as last hurrah as covered by Robbie Williams ("Lovelight"), are quite amazing... D'angelo was a fan...

cant wait for his new album, love you d!!!

@tripz8485 U.K. recluse, sings/plays everything. His first two self-titled albums are legendary, D and other peers were big fans. You can stream his stuff on Spotify but he quit the business years ago and shut down fan sites and footage when he did.

I'm loving this new song. D'Angelo has so much talent and is truly gifted none of the artists out there right now can touch him. Musically he's on another level, he always has been. His performances are amazing his voice is as beautiful as ever. He's been missing for far too long, im so happy he's back strong and looking healthy. I cant wait for the new album to drop.

The horns thats whats missing but still awesome
You see, when someone wants to talk about a 'comeback' and they are worse than they were before it does not make sense. But the thing with D'angelo is that yes he has for the most part been out of public attention for years, but comes back hard, quality songs, electrifying performance like for the years he was gone musically he's evolved higher than imagined. From the performances/reviews I've seen/read and watched (exhibit A, this)cements why he's a legend, he knows what we want to hear:#ClassShit
