tablet problem

I recently bought a Tablet Graphire 6x8 Bluetooth. I connected it to my new iMac through the bluetooth and downloaded the latest version at the Wacom site.

I did not have any trouble installing it, and the mouse is working well. However, there seems to be a problem with the pen. Whenever I use it, the mouse cursor keeps shaking and the LED button on the tablet keeps blinking fast, changing colors from blue to green.

Evidently there is a problem with the pen, which I have not been able to figure out. The buttons on the pen are also not working properly - they are hard to push and seem to be stuck. I have had a Graphire before and I can tell that there is definitely something wrong with this one.

they changed the logical board... that is what they said.. hehehe but now is woking fine!!!

o problema foi resolvido, entrei em contato com a wacom,  foi realizada a troca da placa lógica da caneta. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente!!

I know from experience that when I was working with my laptop on my lap, my pen also shook like that. If you're using it on a laptop, be sure the laptop's on a solid surface or your pen will shake like that.

i dont think its the tablet..

it could be the program

like.. sometimes with my tablet, the pen pressure wont work on PS when i open it. but when i reopen PS it works
