My dad used to play the 70's station on dish network and this was played regularly. Now I love listening to it lol.

saw Ace live many years ago, pub in upper st. islington london can't remember the name now. always thought this song was about an romantic liasion but later found out it was about another band nicking their base player dooh!

How did you get hold of this? Have you been HIGHLY influenced by your parents?
I think I was slightly younger than you (appear!) when I heard this for the very first time. And I've loved Paul Carrack's music ever since!
I'm off to see him on Thursday and the live version of this is brilliant!
