Here's a set of Fender Custom Shop Texas Special Pickups that I put in my 20yr old Top Load Tele that I just refurbished recently. These are just some sound samples using some backing tracks and regular recordings that I played against. I'm an Oldies guitarist. I play lead guitar for the oldies band 'Bobby & The Jammers'. Check us out on Youtube. Even though I'm only in my early to mid 40s, my favorite music to play and listen to is from the Golden Age of Rock N-Roll ..50s 60s & 70s. I also play some Classic Country and Blues/Rockabilly in my mix. I also like old R&B and Soul of the 60s and 70s. The Telecaster and Jazzmaster guitar, are my weapons of choice :))

Thanks for the video! I have a 1995 version of the same black MIM toploader Tele, love the neck but have been looking for ideas to improve the pickups - these sound like a major improvement over the stock units.
